Welcome to Uteez Twist! We understand that getting your items promptly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery policy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is made (excluding weekends). Please note that during high volume periods, the processing time may increase up to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates and costs will vary based on your location and the shipping options you choose. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. We do our utmost to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package in real-time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Uteez Twist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to various countries. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Note that transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Damages

Uteez Twist is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not at home for your delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on either how to redirect your parcel or where to collect it. If your parcel is taken to the nearest delivery office you will have to collect it.
