Refund and Return Policy for Uteez Twist

At Uteez Twist, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Email us at Ultimatetwist786@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Do not send your purchase back to us without receiving this authorization as it may affect your ability to receive a refund.
  3. Once you receive our return authorization, send your item to the provided return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Include any proof of postage or tracking numbers for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Ultimatetwist786@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Ultimatetwist786@gmail.com and send your item to the return address provided in our return authorization.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
